By accessing or using the Knights Vanguard website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Membership in The Order of Knights Vanguard is a private, invitation-based arrangement. Submitting an application or registering interest does not guarantee admission. The Order reserves the right to accept or decline any candidate at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.
Membership is maintained through an annual fee, which varies by tier. Fees are locked at the rate in place at the time of a member's admission or promotion to a given tier. The Order reserves the right to adjust fees for new entrants at any time. Existing members are not subject to fee increases for the tier they currently hold.
Members who do not renew within 60 days of their renewal date enter a suspension period, during which membership privileges are paused. Membership that lapses entirely — beyond the 60-day window — requires a new application and is subject to rates applicable at that time. No locked-fee guarantee survives a lapse.
Benefits associated with membership include governance participation, access to exclusive events, and community engagement as described on our website. These benefits are subject to change based on community governance decisions.
The Order operates through a tiered governance structure in which all members hold voting rights weighted by tier. Governance decisions — including treasury allocations and policy changes — are made through member voting as described in the Constitution. Knights Vanguard does not guarantee any specific outcome of governance votes.
The Order's treasury is funded through membership fees and may receive contributions from other approved sources. Allocations are determined collectively through member votes in accordance with the thresholds defined in the Constitution.
Participation in The Order's governance and treasury does not guarantee financial returns of any kind. Any potential member rewards require a community vote and are subject to treasury performance and applicable laws.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Members must adhere to The Order's Code of Conduct, which includes maintaining discretion about internal matters, fellow members' identities, and event details. Breaches may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent exclusion.
